If you can no longer attend but still want to watch this training, you can do so by watching it on-demand.  It will be loaded onto the website within 10 working days of the live event taking place. It will be available for 24 months from the date of the live event. Click HERE to go to the on-demand page and choose ‘view recording’. Your access code for watching on-demand will be in the email you received when you booked on the live event.

No problem! When you book, check the box that says you plan to watch it later. You will be charged at the discounted 'on-demand' rate.

In general, please check your junk/spam/quarantine folders for emails if you haven't added us to your safe senders list. When you find an email in there please add the email address to your safe senders list so that this information goes straight into your inbox in the future.

This is because the training is via zoom webinar rather than meetings. Zoom webinar ensures everyone is anonymous which is especially important if discussing clients.

If you are watching on demand, you will receive your CE credit after passing the knowledge quiz and evaluation form.

If you are watching the live event, CE Certificates will be sent out within 10 working days after submitting your evaluation form. If you have not indicated that you need CE Credits, then you receive a certificate of completion within 10 working days of the event.

If you are watching on-demand, please submit your knowledge quiz and evaluation form. Your certificate will be sent to you within 10 working days.
